Privatized Education in the Developing World

Ethopia

Ethopia is one of two countries that was not colonized by European Powers. There independence and strength as a nation has been note worthy. Yet their level of poverty is very high. While accordingly education and poverty go hand in hand. Less than 40% of children in Ethopia have access to a primary school. Dr. Berhanu Kotissu discusses how his family was poor and how to over come that is difficult the lask of development and poverty are created by a lack of education and while children are suffering by their lack of opportunity. Their dreams are the same as those children of developed countries. This YouTube video is discussing the differences to children in Ethopia and the UK. While both groups of children want to be pilots and doctors. Yet the opportunties for the Ethopian children is more to become farmers and herders. While the children in the UK are able to fufill their dreams. The rights for children in Ethopia should be the same. There should be a rights to education that are unversal yet it does show in communites where education is more prodment. Education is important. Where it is private or public having access is important and there is a margin of 60% that do not have access. That is much to large to expect the poverty level to go down.
